My house at 4 Fay Place Marsfield was recently sold by Simon Saad, of Snowden Parkes Real Estate, with an excellent result.
Simon visited me pre listing, spending three hours with me on the first visit, patiently explaining every aspect of the selling process, which was so very helpful. He ensured I understood, and also provided me with relevant literature. This really impressed me.
The house was listed on August 16th, also appearing on the internet. By Saturday 18th, Simon had arranged thirteen appointments for viewing. He presented my house so successfully that five contracts were taken, one of these becoming the eventual buyer.
Simon worked extremely hard presenting my property in the best possible way, despite a difficult block situated next to the County Road reserve, and with many other problems. He phoned and visited me often, keeping me apprised of all that was happening, just as he had promised.

I had a horrendous experience when i tried to sell my house a few years ago, both with the agent and the way that she preceded with the "sale". The house was not sold.
Consequently, I was not looking forward to a repeat performance when it was time to try and sell again.
