The Snowden Parkes Real Estate Agents office has been established in its current form since 1980. The office offers a complete real estate service including residential sales, property management, project marketing, portfolio management and property consultancy. As one of the biggest teams in the district, Snowden Parkes provides the highest exposure and turnover within the area.

All team members at Snowden Parkes Real Estate Agents must undergo an induction-training program before being invited to join the team. On-going training is compulsory for all staff. Our belief is that all team members must be constantly improving their skills in order to better service their customers and clients.

Tony Abboud, proprietor of Snowden Parkes Real Estate Agents is one of the real estate industry’s most respected practitioners. Tony commenced his real estate career in 1980 at 23 years of age as a salesperson. Prior to commencing his real estate career he completed studies at Macquarie University where he achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and Accounting. He was made a partner of the real estate office in 1982 and became sole owner in 1985.

Since 1989 Tony has been an accredited sales trainer and industry consultant providing training for the Real Estate & Ethics Training Company (REET) and consulting services to National and State real estate franchisers and other real estate groups.

Tony has a high level of commitment to the local community as an active member of the Rotary Club of Ryde. He is also the Vice President of the Ryde Chamber of Commerce and continues to be heavily involved with Ryde Council regarding the revitalization of Top Ryde as one of the head consultants in the process.

Continuous improvement is the key ingredient that Tony is constantly pushing. He is constantly looking for better and more efficient ways of doing things as to provide the best quality client care.
